At the foot of Villa Berengan, historic building of Pederobba, a village on the right bank of the Piave, there is a light natural basin that recalls an ancient amphitheater on the shape. This is where Sandrin gets a grape very sweet and fruity, characteristic due to this ground limestone typical of the area of the Monte Grappa. The result is a new wine called “Spumante DOCG Asolo “, in homage to the famous medieval town that is the capital of one of the two historic areas of production of Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
